Your role: Shape the future of Etteplan by driving our Go-to-Market strategy for CEE & DACH and aligning sales, marketing, and technology around our “Transformation with AI” vision. Win with impact: lead the entire sales journey from first contact to signature, delivering real business value to our clients. Be a trusted advisor by crafting value-based, tailored solutions together with our technical experts and expanding key accounts. Own the numbers: design the annual sales plan, track progress, and keep forecasts sharp and actionable. Be the face of Etteplan at industry events, building networks, spotting market trends, and connecting business with technology. You are someone we are looking for if you have: Extensive experience in sales, including management of sales departments and consistent delivery against targets.Proven track record in service sales (software, embedded systems, engineering, or industrial solutions) with at least 7 years of experience in strategic selling. A consultative, business-development mindset: skilled at identifying and approaching the right prospects, building meaningful relationships, and turning them into long-term partnerships. DACH & CEE market fluency: proven ability to operate effectively in Germany as well as CEE; a strong network in these markets is a clear advantage. Solid commercial and contractual experience, including negotiating MSAs, defining SLAs, and handling procurement, RFPs, and RFQs. Knowledge of pricing models, such as solution pricing, SOWs, and rate cards. Solid understanding of industrial sectors (IoT, Industry 5.0, AI, Intelligent Grid, DERs, e-mobility, smart metering, industrial automation, telecom, manufacturing, defence) – technical depth is a plus but not a must. Language proficiency: German, English, and Polish at least at B2 (upper-intermediate) level – German is essential for client growth, and Polish is required for domestic sales. Excellent communication and influencing skills: confident in executive discussions, high-level negotiations, and public speaking (e.g., webinars, panels, conferences). Flexibility for frequent business travel combined with regular hybrid work from our Wrocław office. Readiness for long-term collaboration on the basis of an employment contract. We will also appreciate: Experience building AI-related service offerings.Technical background (software development, embedded systems, project management, business analytics).
